Pro / Enterprise are Web annual seats. Renew with Alipay or Stripe under Billing before expiry — payment auto-extends.

- Term: Pro / Enterprise annual maps to one year of advanced features for the org.
- Normal path: Billing → Alipay (CNY) or Stripe (USD) → async notify auto-activates.
- When: renew ~14 days before expiry, or contact WeChat cjlk112233 / +86 136-5194-6700.
- Exceptions: bank wire can submit a voucher; ops activates in Commerce admin.
- Overseas: pay CNY with mainland Alipay, or use Stripe card checkout (USD) under Billing if you have no Alipay — do not expect Alipay-only worldwide.
- Downgrade: after grace, org becomes Free; domestic basics remain available.
- Price: renewal pricing may change with promotions — confirmed at checkout / by support.
- Done-for-you clients: software seats and service fees are separate.
